Quicker than the plan asked for
Three and a half miles in 33:37, an average of 9'35 a mile. Fastest 5k I've ran yet. This was not intended.
It should be an easy run, so I need to make sure I'm running at an easy pace and not to run faster than I should at this point.

What I took from it
A PB on an easy day is not a win this early in the block. Hold the easy pace and save the speed for later.
